Use of Consultations and AI-Assisted Documentation
Consultations with Anara Health may involve the use of secure digital tools, including optional AI-assisted transcription, to support accurate clinical documentation.
AI transcription, where used:

Operates live only

Is not retained beyond the preparation of clinical notes

Is stored temporarily for a maximum of seven (7) days

Is permanently deleted once notes are finalised and filed
Use of AI transcription is optional. You may opt out at any time by notifying your practitioner before or at the commencement of your appointment. Opting out will not affect the quality or availability of your care.

Your Use of the Site

Products, Returns and Exchanges (If Applicable)
Where products are offered, each item is carefully checked prior to dispatch. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change-of-mind purchases. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major fault.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including intimate or body-health products) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
